NO ONE UNDERB THE AGE OF 25 YEARS IS ALLOWED TO OCCUPY A UNIT WITHOUT PARENTS.

$500.00 ADVANCE RENT Deposit is required to secure a reservation and due within fifteen days of notification to you that a unit has been blocked off for the dates you have requested. This is a deposit on rent, it is not a security deposit.
