On the bayside, enjoy the intercoastals waterway, heated swimming pool, outdoor shower with hot water, whirlpool. two saunas, lighted tennis and pickleball courts (equipment available), shuffleboard, exercise room, four outdoor grills, or relax at the shaded fishing pier, and picnic areas. On the beachside, enjoy America's #1 white-powder sand beach located on the Gulf of Mexico, heated swimming pool, outdoor hot-water shower, whirlpool, and shaded sitting area. All baysdie residents enjoy easy access to the beach and all beachside amenities including beach lounge chairs. Indoors, the community room offers access to a computer and printer, as well as a community library.

Absolutely beautiful condo. When the owners found out that we were coming down for our daughter's wedding they left us a wonderful bottle of Pino Noir (my favorite). Everything was at least 5 stars. This condo has got everything you will need. The kitchen is completely equipped (even has two sets of flatware) plenty of cooking utensils, dishes and glassware. All the furniture is top notch and very comfortable. You cannot possibly miss with this unit.- Kirk/Cindy Van Auken
