"Our Happy Place" only begins to describe this cozy & comfortable 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo overlooking the tropical landscapes that Excelsior Beach to Bay is known for., Boasting accommodations at just over 1500sf our fully updated unit has been tastefully decorated in a casual Tommy Bahama style making it both relaxing and comfortable retreat. Each bedroom with its en suite is outfitted with king-size bedding and separate TVs. The formal dining area seats six comfortably and opens to an expansive living room with a 75" television. Rounding out the space you will enjoy a fully open windowed lanai that brings in the outdoor space and is a great spot for sipping your morning coffee. We recently stayed at "Our Happy Place" and had a wonderful experience! This spacious unit is beautifully decorated and is well-stocked with whatever you need. The furniture is high quality throughout and is very comfortable. I have been in many units at the Excelsior, as my family previously owned there, and I can honestly say that this is the nicest! Great location with close proximity to the pool and a five minute walk to the beach. My husband and I loved to take our morning coffee out to the dock and watch the boats go by and watch the dolphins play! The owner was a pleasure to work with and was quick to respond to any requests. Thank you, John! We look forward to future stays in this unit! "Our Happy Place" does not disappoint!!
