Welcome to your perfect Siesta Key vacation getaway. Excelsior is one of the few properties on Siesta Key
that owns property from the bay to the beach. Thus, this property has many amenities for you to enjoy on both sides of Midnight Pass Road. This unit overlooks the bayside pool but it is only a short walk to reach the Beach. Recently remodeled, this two-bedroom condo that sleeps six is sure to be your home away from home with an airy and spacious living room and dining room and a well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom offers beautiful white furniture with a king-sized bed, desk, vanity area, large, remodeled bathroom area with two vanities and a dressing area. With two-twin sized beds, the second white bedroom includes a walk-in closet and attached bathroom. The unit also features a full-sized pullout bed/couch, and three larger flat screen TV's/Blu-Ray DVDs in living room and both bedrooms. Washer/dryer is located in the master ensuite bath. Linens, beach towels and all necessary kitchen items are included. The lanai features a high top table, two chairs and a rattan chair and ottoman.
Furnished with everything your family needs to enjoy a memorable vacation, you'll be ready to take in a famous Siesta Key sunset on the beach or spend a day beside the pool. A cooler, beach buggy, two beach umbrellas, and picnic supplies are available inside the unit. Admire a view of Excelsior's lush courtyard from the lanai or try your hand at shuffleboard, tennis, pickleball or board games. Other Excelsior amenities include gas grills, a fishing dock, fitness area, library and community room with computer and printer. Beach chairs and lounges are available for guests at the beach and the pools.
If you do not want to drive to shops, walking is an option since they are only an eighth of a mile away or you can take a free trolley ride to shops and Siesta Village which is a short distance north.
