Both bathrooms have been fully updated, and the sleek kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals or quick snacks before heading out to explore. Gorgeous new flooring runs throughout, giving the entire space a fresh, contemporary feel.
Located at the Excelsior Beach to Bay Condominium, this property is truly unique, with access to both the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway. Spend your days lounging at the private beach with complimentary beach chairs and loungers, or relax at one of the two very large heated pools or hot tubs. Active guests will love the fitness center, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and fishing area on the bay side. Multiple gas BBQs are available for cookouts, and the bay pier is the perfect spot to watch the sunset.
When it’s time to explore, the lively Siesta Key Village is just a short trip north, offering charming shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

We just spent a month at this property and were very comfortable. The master bath was fantastic, with a large double shower and two completely separate sinks. The beds were very comfortable, but note that the master is only a queen. There is plenty of closet space and a very large living room. There is an eat-in kitchen as well as a dining area. The wi-fi was excellent. The third bedroom is up a spiral staircase which could be a challenge for some people. The Excelsior property has everything you need: two pools, two hot tubs, a gym, library, fishing dock on the bay, and easy access to the private beach on the Gulf with beach chairs already there for your use. There is even an unexpected partial view of the gulf and sunsets from this beautiful unit. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and we had no problems. As this is an end unit, there is very good privacy and security, whereas most of the other units have second bedrooms whose windows open up to the catwalk that everyone uses to access their units. The windows on this unit all open to expansive views and are very private. The balcony has been closed off and incorporated into the living area so there is no outdoor seating in the unit, but there are benches along the well maintained and landscaped common area and seating at the pool and dock. The former balcony windows slide open quite far and provide an outdoor feeling if desired. This was our third stay at Excelsior and the best unit yet!

The condo is beautiful and is stocked with everything to make your stay comfortable, easy, and truly like a "home away from home." Communication with the owner is fast and easy. As far as the condo complex, there are two pools to enjoy, two hot tubs, a fitness facility, tennis courts, grills, and lounge chairs beachside (we used everything but the tennis courts!). The condo is very conveniently located. Siesta Key is a beautiful area. The condo is only a couple of miles from the downtown area of Siesta Key and only about three miles from Turtle Beach. Downtown Siesta Key is a cute, little beach town with local eateries and gift shops. Sarasota is close by, as well. Can't wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your home!

This condo is a gem! It is located in a beautiful complex with access to a private beach only minutes away. The condo is stacked with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Also, beautifully furnished, and spacious bedrooms. Additionally, there is a pack-n-play for those with little ones. David and his wife are amazing hosts, they provided all the necessary information before our arrival and promptly responded to all further requests and inquiries. We enjoyed our stay and most probably will be back. Date of arrival 5/7/2023.
